Update 25/09/2025 - Touchdown

With much excitement and tiredness, I am launching Talking Care’s first ever product, Talking Care Navigator.

I hope to support the free exchange of information and the power of AI support for a wide range of Health and Social Care staff in England (for now, other countries later).

Navigator is ready to use via our website, on any device.

I hope soon to also launch this as a mobile app.

From today, Talking Care Navigator is available to embed into internal systems used by care providers eg. Sharepoint as an assistant available to all staff.

I’ll continue to make improvements to the system and hopefully some people break it so I can see what needs improving.

Not much more is set to change with this product though, apart from maybe the addition of ads. It needs to be free to use, however it is not free to make or maintain.

I anticipate that ad revenue will cover any costs, especially as this will scale alongside use.

I think it’s pretty cool, and I’m quite proud of this, but I am a massive nerd.

Update 15/09/2025 - Lift off!

I’m writing this at 22:41 at my kitchen table on Monday 15th September 2025.

I’m so excited to launch Talking Care. I’m this close to pulling the trigger on launching the company and our first product, Talking Care Navigator.

There are lots of digital tools out there, there are even lots of health-tech tools and even some AI based products or digital products that are now being enhanced with AI. There is even 1 or 2 products out there that are really similar to Talking Care Navigator…but this is where we differ:

I’m not trying to take your money.

I’m working to erase barriers to information.

I’m trying to make sure that sector specific digital support is available for EVERYONE, for all staff, for all providers big and small.

It’s going to be awesome, I can’t wait.
